When will my order arrive?
Orders are usually prepared and processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays. Orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
After your order has been processed and shipped, delivery within the United States typically takes 5 to 12 business days.
What can I do if my package is delayed?
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team at support@aura-fit.shop and include your order number.
We will review the shipment status and help you find a suitable solution.
Why is my tracking number not updating?
Tracking details may not appear immediately after your order has shipped. In some cases, the carrier needs additional time to scan the package and update the tracking system.
We recommend checking the tracking link again later. If there is still no update after a reasonable period, you can contact us for assistance.
How do I return or exchange an item?

Your order number
The reason for your return or exchange
Once we receive your request, we will provide the return instructions and the correct return address.
Do you charge shipping fees?
No. We offer free shipping on all orders delivered within the United States.
How much does it cost to return an item?
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise required by law or approved by our customer service team.
The return cost depends on the shipping carrier and service you choose. We recommend checking directly with your selected carrier for pricing.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@aura-fit.shop.
Orders can only be changed or cancelled within 2 hours after being placed. After this time, the order may already be processed or prepared for shipment, and we may no longer be able to make changes.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
I did not receive my order confirmation email. What should I do?
If you have not received your order confirmation email, please first check your spam or junk folder.
If you still cannot find it, contact us at support@aura-fit.shop with your full name and the email address used at checkout. Our team will help locate your order and resend the confirmation if needed.
