Shipping policy

At AuraFit, we aim to process and ship every order as quickly and carefully as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for details about processing times, delivery estimates, shipping areas, and order changes.

Order Processing Time

Orders are prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days after the order is placed.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM Pacific Time, or orders placed during the weekend, will begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery Time

After your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 5 to 12 business days.

Deliveries are usually made Monday through Friday, depending on the shipping carrier and delivery location.

All orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout. Please make sure your shipping information is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

You can use this tracking number to follow the status of your package and check delivery updates directly through the carrier’s tracking system.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive:

An order confirmation email with your purchase details.
A shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after the tracking number has been issued.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to deliver orders within the estimated time frame, delays may occasionally occur.

Possible causes of delay may include carrier issues, high shipping volume, weather conditions, customs or logistics delays, public holidays, incorrect address details, or other circumstances outside our control.

If there is an issue with your delivery, please contact our support team and we will do our best to assist you with updates.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship only within the United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Fees

We offer free shipping on all orders delivered within the United States.

There is no minimum order value required to qualify for free shipping, and no additional shipping fee will be charged at checkout for eligible U.S. orders.

Order Cut-Off Time

Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM Pacific Time

Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Schedule

Processing time: 1 to 3 business days
Shipping time: 5 to 12 business days
Total estimated delivery time: 6 to 15 business days

Modify or Cancel an Order

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at support@aura-fit.shop as soon as possible.

Orders may only be modified or cancelled within 2 hours after being placed. After this time, the order may already be processing or prepared for shipment, and we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.
